These folks are great on BOTH service and price; if you are used to getting 'dealer' pricing, it will be refreshing to get the bill when your work is done. I once had an A/C problem that Honda quoted me over $1000 to replace most of my system; Cape Ann told me they would replace a seal, recharge the unit and see if it held up - well, it did and when I sold the car 18 months later, the A/C still worked! Not a bad $140 investment!
